Xenforo 2.1 Do Xenforo 2.1.x Addons work on Xenforo 2.2.x

Im currently using xenforo 2.1.10 Addons & I guess 2.2.x is kinda better since is more latest and all new addons/themes are only supporting 2.2.x.
However Will my old addons still work on 2.2.x though a lot of them dont support 2.2 but were only made for 2.1.

It is possible that some old addons are still working, but you need to test this by your own. The best practice to take a backup of the current system and create a test/dev environment. Check then all the addons if they are still working.

Well Actually I guess 2.2.x must have some backward compatibility that can run 2.0.x and 2.1.x addons
Unless until we can have all 100% addons on 2.2.x is almost impossible

You should just search the addons one by one and see if their 2.2 versions are available or not. Many addons of 2.1 will work on 2.2 and many might not work due to changes in structure of 2.2

Thanos CraxSolution for you to install xenforo on localhost I have to try complement by complement and then you will realize that it works or not, you have a lot of complement installed

Thanos CraxI update to the latest version and to tell the truth it is very fast with regard to the modules they are no longer compatible when you are well out of date but I do not think that from 2.1.x to 2.2.x they will stop working for you

However can u test any 2.1.x add-on on ur 2.2.x xenforo and see if gives any sort of error that old add-on is not supported or if it doesent give any such thing
