RSS Feed/News Disappearing elements inside tabs

You probably know the tabs, often appearing like this in code

HTML:

<ul class="tabPanes">
    <li data-href="{{ link('...') }}" role="tabpanel" aria-labelledby="details">
        <div class="blockMessage">{{ phrase('loading...') }}</div>
    </li>
</ul>

Now here's a new weird behaviour: let's say you click on one of the tabPanes (li) and load the associated template with it. For some reason.. the parent element of said template disappears. I noticed this when pressing a submit button...
