I noticed when setting up a demo site (which has a childdown and the board is set to offline), most recently the entire admin portal navigation menu is hidden, with the exception of the Tools and Development tabs. I've received messages saying the license is invalid, but I thought a license was not needed for a development environment? Any thoughts on how to tell xenforo what URL my dev environment is?
