How about, can you completely remove a url? I want to delete account/upgrades that no longer works because I have a personalized one..

That's not possible I think. If you remove that URL, then your routing /upgrades or whatever u put in routing settings also wont work anymore.

You can enable Dev mode, go to routes and delete it, however, i just suggest you changing the URL to the one you need in the template and leave the original one just to exist in the background.
