RSS Feed/News Custom registration question not showing

Hello. I have the same need as stated in this thread...

I tried it on the demo and it worked fine. But I am trying to do this for real on my site and it does not show during registration. It is a new install, no addons. I have changed settings but I don't know how those changes would prevent a custom reg question from showing (I'm still learning lots of things about XF.)


Any thoughts?
