RSS Feed/News Coupon-Based Affiliation System

I'm looking for a very simplified affiliation system for my forum. I need a page where I can grant specific users access to view their own affiliation details. Once a user has access, they should be able to see the coupon code assigned to them, a list of purchases made using their coupon code, and the total percentage or amount they've earned as an affiliate. This is purely for display purposes, as I’ll handle all payments manually.
