RSS Feed/News Confirmation email can be confusing for users

I've had a number of users complain that the email confirmation process doesn't work because they are clicking the clickable site name in the middle of the explainer text phrase (user_email_confirmation_body_html) instead of the button when some email clients strips out the button because it looks spam-like.

Related; it is best practice to put a bare link under the button as some mail clients are known to strip or mangle those sorts of buttons.
