Coinpayment addon not showing in Option ? [help]

i recently installed coinpayment addon and in screenshot , it will be show options in payment profile but it not showing...Why without option how we gona setup payment..

Splichoi am using XF 2.2

i found other addon code by nano developer , he also created coinbase , other addon is Bitpay , but it complicated site , not showing api keys maybe verification needed..

bitpay and coinbase are the best crypto addon till date..coinbase locked my account , Reason is not know..account limited..maybe country issue.i can only send fund not receive ...preety much pain in ass...got last date is 25 sept.

ShieldXSend them a ticket asking why you lose access to their services.
