Chat Plugin Error

Hello, I installed the Chat plugin on my site.
I gave myself all the privileges, but there is no send message button in the chat. That's why I can't send a message. Can you help me pls.

it could be permission issue. try to disable and re-enable under the addons > chat plugin > options . try to disabled and enable . check group permission it has chat permissions.

i found out what is the problem. you need to update the chat plugin to be compatible with xenforo 2.2.x version.

the problem is not this. he has updated xenforo and all addons must be compatible with new xenforo 2.2.x he might be having the chat plugin older one so once he updates that then his issue will be solved.

i had exact same issue few days ago, updated and now i am good.
