As in title... in XFMG, the uploader of a resource may not be the actual author of that resource (this is a classic case).
I am the person who submitted the resource, but I in now way authored the resource itself. I have created a template modification that does this on the XFRM view page, but it really should be addressed across the board as the uploader may not always be the author/developer.
