Not sure if this is a permissions problem or something else. I am unable to upload additional resources when editing a resource. I can attach files that appear below the description, but can't find a way to add to the files a user gets from clicking "Download." In other words I can't add more downloadable files, but I can add description attachments.
Anyone know a fix?
