Pretty simple question.
Is there a way to completely disable that annoying auto-scrolling thing in the ACP?
An example of what I'm referring to is when opening any drop-down menu in the 'Styles and properties' section, then attempting to scroll up or down.
As soon as you stop scrolling—💥—suddendly it automatically scrolls all the way to the bottom of the open menu.
