RSS Feed/News Automatically Notify a Moderator of a New Posting in Assigned Forums

I would like it if when I assign a moderator to a specific forum, I could also force it to send them a notification of posts in that forum. I realize that they can "Watch" certain forums, but I would like to have control of that for moderators.
