RSS Feed/News Automatically assign user group based on thread prefix (e.g. "Approved")

Hi!

I'm looking for an add-on (or a customization) that can automatically assign a user to a specific user group when a thread receives a specific thread prefix – in my case, when a whitelist application is approved.

What I need:​

• When a thread in a specific forum receives the "Approved" prefix, the thread creator should automatically be added to a specific user group.
• It should support assigning a primary group.
