To prevent this from being an XY problem, I want to ask two questions here. I'm attempting to add a custom field to my support board to show which support user has "claimed" a ticket. I see two solutions for this:
1. A custom plugin which offers this functionality. Does such a plugin exist? I've not found anything but maybe I'm not using the right keywords.
