Approval queue - QUESTION // ( Allowed & Moderated ?! )

In the Approval Queue i noticed that there are two types of registrations that needs to be approved.
One is "Allowed" and the other is "Moderated"
I have no mods, no other admins.. Only me & i do nothing.
Sometimes a registration is Allowed and sometimes it is Moderated.
Little bit weird for me ^^



What exactly is that meaning and why is it sometimes this and sometimes this ?
Can someone give me a quick explain about the differences and the meanings ?
I would highly appreciate that.

The forum has a record that connects to a database where junk mail is recorded where most of the pages on the internet report spam, it happens that when someone registers with the same mail that has the same domain, the forum notifies them the moderator to be careful, that is, it is a spam or junk mail that they use a lot to promote their junk advertising in the forums

I have been a victim of this spam, I have had to last days deleting this mail in my forum

That's why sometimes I come across these emails and investigate and most are junk or disposable mail that hackers use sometimes others use disposable mail just to register and promote their junk advertising or to steal information also to contaminate your pc

Like sucre13 said it's just to notify moderators that it is a black list email.
If you want to block throwaway emails you can import an XML file of black list emails to block them from registering.

And if they register with one of these emails they'll get this error.
