Hi, we have had a few of our mods out for a few reasons and we have gotten behind in the approval of new members. We check against an association member database so it take a few minutes to approve each account. The member team just emailed me about someone that emailed them about their delayed forums account being approved and I looked in the approval queue and didn't see them in there but when I search the user database I see the account in there pending approval.
