RSS Feed/News Approval queue - need to give a reason when deleting a post

The option to delete a post in the approval queue does not have a reason. We should never moderate users without an explanation unless we're spam cleaning them.
Could we have a reason box for the moderator to enter a reason why a member's post in the approval queue is deleted?
