RSS Feed/News Approval queue alerts

I'd like to have an Add-on developed that allows moderators to opt-in for alerts (via E-Mail or Push) when new content enters the approval queue.

The Add-on must be

• Licensed under the terms of the MIT license
• Fully compliant with XenForo Resource standards
• Fully documented (PHPDoc)
• Following XenForo code formatting style (Tabs, Braces, etc.)
• Free of dead/unused (template) code
