Anyone using [AddonFlare] XF2 Awards System?

I am having issues with automated awards.
It's not issuing the automated Awards even though the user filled out the criteria months ago.
For Example: Let's say I've created an award for users with 1 thread, but it's automatically
Manually running cronjob also not issuing the awards.

Is there anyone who can help with this?

Is there an option here to rebuild in the ACP tools for faster reward distribution? I noticed that these addons are great, but the automatic reward distribution to members is very slow and there isn't an option in the ACP tool to rebuild the addons for faster reward distribution to members.

It's not like [OzzModz] Badges that has a rebuild option for faster automatic reward distribution. It seems similar to [AddonFlare] XF2 Awards System, but there are differences in the setup of the addons. [OzzModz] Badges has a bug where sometimes duplicate badges are given.

Zer01neBruh, I already know how this works. I studied it and based on my experience, the reward will not be given if the member is not online. These addons automatically give awards based on the usergroup or trophies that you set up, but the member needs to be online. If the member is offline, the automatic reward will not be given by the system using a cronjob.

Zer01neI'm happy to know that you understand. By the way, I also want to achieve seeing the badge on mobile like the addons you mentioned, but I don't have any idea about it yet.
