When that happen, you have to upload manual all file to you server and then install from the admin panel. Some addons null don't come with .js install.

when user visit forum for first time & click login, no login popup, no login url,..

when i try install an addon, the addon not refresh or importing data or build template, nothing & stop on this screen
same as clear cahe, run crons,....
