Animated Avatar Permission - Restrict animated avatars to certain user groups.

This add-on allows you to restrict the ability to upload animated avatars to only those that have permission to do so.

Works great in tandem as a premium feature for your paying members.

The error message can easily be altered to direct your users to your Account Upgrades area giving them another incentive to subscribe.
