xF2 Add-on AndyB Moderate new members 1.6

ENXF NET submitted a new resource:

Moderate new members - Moderates new member posts until minimum number of posts has been manually approved.

Moderates new member posts until minimum number of posts has been manually approved.

This add-on performs the same function as the User group promotions, but does not require the creation of a new user group.

1. Download Andy-ModerateNewMembers-1.1.zip and unzip it.
