RSS Feed/News After I post a thread on a Xenforo forum, it shows as pending moderation, but then after a while, the thread completely disappears. What's the reason?

I'm not very familiar with the moderation rules of the Xenforo forum system. After I post a thread on a Xenforo forum, it shows as pending moderation, but then after a while, the thread completely disappears. What's the reason?
