RSS Feed/News Additional dropdown

I'd like to add an additional tab with a dropdown to my forum. At the top I have Home, Forums, What's New, Media, and Members.

I'd like the tab to say "Extras", and to have a few options when someone clicks on it (just text links to other parts of my site).

Is there an easy way to do this?
