RSS Feed/News Adding user groups to Notable Members' page problem

Hi all,

I am wracking my brain here. For some reason, I can't get a user group to appear on the Notable Members page. I have added the user group "Delegates" to the user statistics here: /community/admin.php?member-stats/

but the delegate block won't appear along side the Staff Members block - even though it appears in the side menu:



And when one clicks that link, it's empty:


Yet there are a load of members who have "delegate" as their secondary user group...
