It would be cool if XF’s own forums had ‘GoFundMe’ like feature so members with an add on that’s 95% what they need to fire up a GoFundMe like action to ask the dev to develope the new XYZ feature they need. If enough people chip in, it gets done.
Simple Example:
I need this calendar add-on to have an api endpoint to do XYZ. Add-on dev says $123, then people that also need the api an throw a few bucks in.
