A few months ago, I installed an add-on called "CashFree Payment Profile" (Link: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/cashfree-payment-profile.7902/). It didn't work, and I encountered an error on the admin panel page. I immediately uninstalled the add-on, but I still see a notice in red on the admin panel home page: "One or more add-ons currently have actions pending and may be in an inconsistent state.
