RSS Feed/News Add an image/logo inside this box, and possibly have it be responsive

When posting a thread, I wanted to put a logo image inside the text field box. What would be even cooler is if the logo image was inside the box and when you click inside of it, the logo image disappears and you put your content.

But doesn anybody know how I could put my logo image?
If it had responsive capabilities that would be amazing!
