403 Forbidden when browsing to /forum page

Hey!

I've uploaded the upload folder to my directory. I cannot seem to go to it, or I'm getting the Forbidden page (when going deeper, like typing /install after it - it doesn't exist)

that could be a server side check all your php file an make sure ther set to 7.4
