Tabs that can be added warnings;
Username is under request input.
Below the e-mail request input.
Under the location request input
Below the Rules checkbox.

Some features;
You can easily add alerts in the options area.
You can manage warning blocks and texts in the theme properties and change colors.
You can add an FA icon to summarize your alert.
You can turn off the warning of the tab you don't want.

Installation;
Admin panel >> Plugins >> Upload/upgrade from archive >> Extracted the .ZIP file to your computer, just import it.
