xF2 Add-on [UH] XFRM Tags In Discussion 2.2.9

• Confirmed compatibility with XenForo 2.2.9
• Changed addon.json file

Note: This is not a required update because nothing global has changed.

At the moment, I am working on the implementation of importing tags into threads from resources created before installing the add-on.
