Threadmark read status

• Watched threads now track last read status for threadmarks, instead of using the thread read status.
• Integrates with reader mode.
• Unwatching a thread deletes all read tracking.
• Watching a thread populates read-tracking as of the last the thread read status

Thread Starter alerts integration

• With Thread Starter Alerts v1.1.8, if the thread starter replies with an inline threadmark; the minimum word-count for triggering a thread starter alert is set to zero.
