This update adds a post and thread counts cache for better performance.

Note: Uninstall Post Areas: Pro Performance before you upgrade to 2.1.0. If you uninstall it after upgrading, there will very likely be problems because „Pro Performance“ uses the same cache table and removes it during uninstallation.
