xF2 Add-on AndyB Remove likes 1.4

Removes 'Likes' function.

Template modifications:

• account_preferences
• account_visitor_menu
• account_wrapper
• member_macros
• post_macros

Installation:

1. Download Andy-RemoveLikes-1.4.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/RemoveLikes directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
