xF2 Add-on AndyB About tab default 1.2

Makes the About tab in Member view the default selection.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-AboutTabDefault-1.2.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/AboutTabDefault directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
